Basically new!
This was an emergency purchase. My 14PM suffered an untimely failure. I HATE the look of the 17 Pro so it was never an option, and thankfully this came overnight to save me!Phone arrived in great condition here in late September 2025. 100% battery health and only 14 cycles. Zero blemishes on the case or back housing. One TINY TINY scratch on the screen that I don’t see at all with the phone on and screen protector installed. No aftermarket parts or any signs of tampering at all.The 16 Pro is an awesome phone. I don’t miss the bigger screen of the 14 Pro Max at all. This is light and feels great in the hand and pocket. Durable titanium! Runs much cooler than the 14 too.Glad I rolled the dice on this renewed premium phone. Looks much better than the ugly 17 Pro and works great.

Better than Expected!
Have been watching this phone closely for the last few months and scoured for reviews to see what others have said about their experience with Amazon renewed and so I decided to risk it (since Amazon has a refund policy, what’s there to lose?). Anyway, one day the price dropped a good amount and so I pulled the trigger on an iPhone 16 Pro 1TB in desert color. Arrived pretty quick on a Sunday (surprisingly), and after checking it out, so far so good! The phone had no blemishes that I could see. And after charging and setting it up, the phone only had 11 charge cycles and was first used in October of 2024. So this phone maybe was sitting for a while in a warehouse I’m guessing? Battery still shows 100% capacity also! Again, not saying everyone will get this lucky but I’m definitely happy with this buy for sure. Much needed upgrade from iPhone SE haha. So much faster and battery is way better than what I could imagine. Put a case and a glass screen protector on it and I’m set! Thanks Amazon for the phone!

Arrived fast and perfect condition
Update:My IPhone in a month and a half is now 93% battery. Seems a bit low. I charge between 20-80%.My iPhone 12 Pro died on me on a trip back home from the beach two days ago. It got stuck on the reboot loop and never could get it out after trying just about everything except the battery change.Made the decision it was easier to go ahead and upgrade, so went with the 16 pro renewed with some hesitation.However, the phone arrived on time overnight and has no scratches anywhere on it. I chose the lowest storage they sell now in desert color.The screen and speed all work well. No glitches or issues getting it set up. The only thing that was sketchy to me is the fact that if you lose your phone or can't access it in some way like I couldn't .. it was super difficult getting past 2 factor authentications with banks and other platforms. So be aware that you should have a different backup should this happen. I don't use a laptop or any other computer outside of my phone and an older iPad.The iPad saved me.. but limited. I waited too long to change battery on this after four almost five years with it.Having said that, it took a whole day but got all my access back to my phone and recovered from the backup.The phone itself has no scratches I can see anywhere on it. Looks and feels new. The battery life came with 98%. The cycles were higher than other people posting here even though I paid for the premium highest quality used phone they had. It has 270 cycles.Consulting with AI it doesn't seem to matter as much. It seems to think the battery percent age maximum is more important. So the 98% is good.So I am pleased with it and now just playing with the new features of ios26 today getting things set up again.I got mine from the reseller: Networkstore

It's been 4 days since I set up this iPhone for my wife to replace her iPhone 11, and so far, it is working great. The battery health was at 100%, which was a pleasant surprise! Amazon packaging was appropriate. Phone had no visible scratches or blemishes. It looked as good as new. It came with a USBc cable. Setup on Totalwireless was a little tricky since it needed an eSIM, but a call to their customer service and a little patience was well worth it.
