first time I buy in payments
This is the first time that I buy in payments, I have been a prime subscriber for several years, since when I wanted to buy the iPhone 13 pro max of 1tb I have the 12 pro max, I am very happy, the shipment was fast and the service and cricket coverage it is excellent since it is from at&t, highly recommended, I have an excellent job but I have other expenses and if, like me, you want a good phone and a good service, I recommend that you take advantage and cheer up, greetings

worth it get it!!!
Had ordered the pro instead of the pro max I was going to try and keep the pro but glad I didn't I decided since I dont get new phone often I might as well get the one I want. Worth it Upgraded from XS Max that screen was cracked and had issues with the volume and speaker. would Highly recommend

It’s okay
For the money that it cost, I was expecting a little more from it. Some of it may be because of my age. I’m a senior and this is my 3 iPhone. Apparently doesn’t like my face, always have to put in my pin. The camera is really good, the battery last a couple of days.Hopefully this phone will last a long time.

The price was high but it is worth it. I love the color. Did I need the 1tb I don’t know but it’s nice to have.

Unfair Consumer Practices
Do not purchase your iPhone through Amazon. The phone is locked into Cricket, and you will face nothing but problems. Without any warning whatsoever, Cricket cancelled my plan. I talked to Amazon for an hour; they were unable to help and recommended that I call Cricket’s direct number (this was after being bounced around the chat room by different representatives until they transferred me to a phone call which ultimately dropped). I call Cricket, and they are unable to help me as well. They said that I had requested to cancel my cellphone service plan when I had done no such thing. The best they could recommend was to order a new SIM card and reactivate my plan with a new number. This will cause a massive disruption to both my professional and personal life. I asked for my phone to be unlocked, but they said that they can only do that for customers of over 6 months. This predatory and completely unfair to the consumer. I have filed an FCC complaint.
