"Acceptable" but works Better than new!
I bought this at the lowest price at could find and overlooked the excellent and good condition to save money on the "acceptable" condition and I'm SO glad that I did because it is in fact in EXCELLENT condition as far as the physical phone itself and hardware having not a single scratch or a single sign of wear and tear and I have used it for weeks now and the software is also perfectly fine with no lagging, no charging issues, no power issue with it shutting off. It probably works better than some brand new phones I have had! It also was indeed unlocked as advertised and super easy for my to setup myself and add to my current carrier. I only had to call them for help with one step in the activation process which was a breeze and probably something I could have done on my own. The phone is durable and the screen was well protected during shipping and it arrived on time. Very very glad that I took a chance and saved plenty on this used device that works BETTER than new!

Delivered What Was Advertised 100%
This phone was listed as “excellent refurbished” and mine is just that. The battery health was 100% with only 37 charges and NOT ONE COSMETIC SCRATCH OR DENT! I got this phone for $200 less than Apple. I love a good deal and this 16E is a good one. I got white and it reminded me of my old white iPhone 4 in 2011!

Great value , product is brand new in amazing condition !
It was getting pretty warm when I was setting it up and charging it , aside from that the phone is working great and looks BRAND NEW (even came with screen protector not one scratch) . It was actually hardly used and I still have limited warranty until May of 2026. No parts have been replaced and I don’t have any weird parts and services pop ups. I think I hit the jackpot with this seller, it was a great value and they are great communication wise when I didn’t get it next day shipping as payed for. Thankfully it came the day after so it wasn’t too bad. Only con is the third part charger it came with , and no brick . Highly recommend them though .

Perfect phone for a great price
Wow! 100% battery and not a single defect. Easily transferred all my old phone data and set up my phone and WiFi.So very impressed with this purchase, and the price was fantastic!

iPhone 16e working well. Listed as Excellent condition, but there is a scratch in lower left corner of screen.

Great bargain if you're not a perfectionist
I purchased (2) iPhone 16e unlocked phones. They were shipped quickly and both included a clean new charging cable. Basically what you'd get from Apple.#1 had 3 battery cycles (less than a week of use!) with a first use of 10/2025. The body was perfect, but the screen has a pretty deep scratch from likely car keys. Once I slapped a screen protector on it's basically a brand new phone with a noticeable but insignificant blemish.#2 had 127 battery cycles with a first use of 3/2025. The body and screen are both perfect. While having significant more use, it still has over 90% life left as these batteries are made to last over 1000 cycles. Battery shows 100% health still.Overall, for the cost savings, I am happy with the purchase. Saving a 1/3 of the cost per phone for minor imperfections and use seems like a great bargain if you don't care about having the latest and greatest. The 16e is a huge upgrade to our well used iPhone 12 mini and 11 Pro.Should I have any issues in the near future I'll be sure to update my review.

YESSSSS!!! I finally pulled the trigger.
Guys, this phone has been talked to death.All I can say is that in the “value for the money” arena, it’s on my short list of times I haven’t gotten hosed.The phone was in perfect condition, unused, as-new condition on arrival, it’s still that way. Flawless. Perfect. Battery had 7 cycles on it. It screams through everything I’ve put to it. The screen is beautiful. The images are amazing. I was looking at some neon stained critters against the perfect blackness and I said “Wow” out loud.I order a new case and screen protectors whenever I buy a phone. Sometimes I order them way before. I won’t use the phone until it’s protected. Always a screen protector. I go through lots. I’ve been using glass but for years I used the Robo-Armor-something rubber stuff they use on helicopter blades. It covers the entire phone. Then I’d drop it in a good case and I never had to replace the stuff.It can take a million scratches and they’re gone come morning, if not immediately.I’m babbling. It’s because I’m thrilled.I have very much enjoyed this machine, and am ecstatic with the refurbished quality.You will too!!!!

Great condition.
The product was delivered within 2 days and it's basically brand new in non-apple packaging. No issues, not even a scratch on the phone. Came with a non-apple usb-c cable. No charger adapter. Very satisfied.
